this is a fresh turkey that our butcher debones, stuffs, seasons, then wraps the skin back on and ties, ready to bake, add 3 cups of water, cook at 350 degress for 3 1/2 hours, weighs 8 to 10lbs, feeds 12 to 14 people. Please keep in mind, turkeys and turkdukens take 2 to 4 days to defrost. Be sure to order where you can give them enough time to defrost so they can be ready to cook for your desired date.

Ordered this whole, boneless, stuffed turkey for a family Thanksgiving and all agreed it was the best bird ever. Cooking instructions were on point, the turkey was moist and delicious. Best part is zero carcass to deal with after. We ate the entire bird, no waste at all.
