this is a fresh turkey that our butcher debones, stuffs, seasons, then wraps the skin back on and ties, ready to bake, add 3 cups of water, cook at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours, 8 to 10 lbs, feeds 12 to 14 people.
Please keep in mind, turkeys and turkdukens take 2 to 4 days to defrost. Be sure to order where you can give them enough time to defrost so they can be ready to cook for your desired date.
