Cajun Sauce Piquant Sauce
Chicken sauce piquant, wash 4 to 4.5lbs of chicken, season lightly. Add contents of jar and 1 cup of water to a heavy pot and bring to a simmer (do not boil). Add seasoned chicken and bring back to a simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes, adjust seasoning if needed. Serve over rice.
