We haven't tried them yet since we order regular & smoked boudin and boudin stuffed chicken. Can't wait to pop one in my mouth!

Really wanted a good well flavored pepper jack boudin and this is perfect. I rolled them in panko and fried according to temperature and minutes and they are delicious! Will reorder once all gone.

We absolutely are thrilled with the fact we can purchase these online. Husband and Son purchased some while fishing in LA.
The shipping cost was a bit high, but we are overall extremely pleased. -

I’ve ordered a lot of boudin from various manufacturers. This is hands down the best boudin balls I’ve ever had. Just enough heat and tons of flavor. I also opted to oven bake them...they were frozen, I rolled them in cajun fish batter, baked at 350 for 15 min and then to 400 for 10 more minutes.
